In the comics, Superman's powers are a result of the solar energy of our yellow sun. He didn't even develop his powers until he was an adolescent. If they had a child that had super powers, it would likely follow the same developmental progression.

Well, hypothetically I don't think she could actually carry to full term. In the TV series the Adventures of Lois and Clark, they did have a baby, but it wasn't a real conception, they had been trying but failing, until one day a baby just appeared in their living room.
