I would suggest that you not try yoga until you have completely integrated personality. Meditation would be very helpful, but it sounds like you're not in a place sufficient to be able to sit still long enough to accomplish meditation. Can you check yourself into a hospital for just a couple of days? Go get some help. Good luck.

about 5 years ago, I started to fall into a really depressive episode. At first I thought it was only because I had a bad break from a relationship but the feelings wouldn't go away even after I got a new girlfriend. It was wrecking my life until a point where it was seriously affecting my work and personal life.
She was very worried but at the same time couldn't understand why I was still sad and thought that I still couldn't let go of my previous relationship. Being the wonderful person that she is, she put aside her feelings and suggested I go for psychiatric evaluation. Many months later and even more anti-depressants, I was not coming close to being better at all.
After doing some research online, I found out the real cause as you described it really makes a lot of sense and purchased this program. The results were simply astonishing. I read this book over three times and put all words in action. Using this method, I've kept my depression at bay ever since. Up to date I'm still living happily with my girlfriend.
Depression Free Method?

Check with the labor laws in your area. Many places do not allow employers to ask medical questions as a condition of employment. If you must, I would be honest, but emphasize that your depression has been under control for a long time, is still under control, and that you were productive even while depressed. Employers are trying to avoid people who: are too debilitated to work would possibly drive up their insurance costs would possibly be difficult and not get along with coworkers, or become violent Give proof that these are not anything that they have to worry about, maybe even offer to supply a letter from a medical professional. The economy is so bad right now, consider offering to work on contract or as a temporary worker, if there is no full-time job available. They contract may morph into a full-time job once people see what a good job you can do.

go to an existential psychotherapist or jungian therapist (they are type that dont judge you and wont try and put u on meds all the time)
Also i think it would be good to make a list of the things that u do want to do with ur life...
the things that u want to do with ur life...
think of all the people that would LOVE to be in your situation there are people out there in life that dont have the freedom to do what they want but u do you have the choice to do whatever you want and that includes getting over your depression yourself...
You obviously want to so now the only step left is to find the strength within u have already won half the battle....
Its not about "surgery" but about your soul, its not about chemicals in your brain which drugs can fix but about fixing what is surrounding what is making u sad in the first place, change your circumstances, change what is getting to you and presto ur life has changed..
It may seem impossible when u are in a state of dispear but always remember that as long as you got free will it is possible...
Just emulate the life of someone who u do think has a good life, take their example, find out how they reached this point in their life and copy it like a good role model...
Surrround yourself with positive people and people who genuinely love you and want to help...
dont surround yourself with people who are also depressed your only going to bounce off each other...
You can do it!!!! Since you are a brilliant student than im sure u are obviously very very clever, put your cleverness to good use.... and use it to change whatever u think is bleak in the world...

U r a medical student going to save others. Then how can u say that suicidal thoughts coming to u? If u don"t want to continue your study just leave it.Some children took profession as their parents" wish.If u r that case explain it to your parents and leave the profession.U go for treatment immediately.Nothing is impossible in the world. Your world is in your hands.Don"t break it.Now a days we see every where calamities, sickness and many more things are ready to take people"s life. But why should we try to invite death? When the time comes it is going to come anyway. U live a happy free life.U live your life not other"s life. So go for councelling or take my advise.

You have lost your memory, so first see if you are HIV +ve.
You decide that you must come out of this difficulty.
Wake up early in the morning everyday and have a glass of warm water + lemon.
You should exercise after your bowels are clear. If not, go for a walk, it will clear.
You should have good friends to discuss upon good subjects.
If get a good guru follow meditation. Singing also helps a lot.
Remember everybody gets life once, enjoy it properly.

You are too bright to loose your life over your mind.
And I know that you know exactly what needs to be done in order to get out of this situation, but find yourself are getting overwhelmed by the situations.
So follow your heart, take small step to begin with, the way is right in front of you, you are too bright to fail there.
Release all the things that have been depressing you for long about your life. Supression leads to depression. So first let out all the steam and let the pressure reduce, and allow yourself to be at ease with whatever is happening, it is passing phase, believe me.

I dont know what kind of game that you are playing or what rock you just crawled out from under but I would suggest that you find something else to do do with your time instead of attempting to con these people who have legitimatly genuine mental health issues. Sorry, your caught, you can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time!

I really hope your problem is the same as mine. I could use a brilliant medical student to find a cure for our condition.
You've burned out. You've been SO busy lately, with SO little sleep, that you have burned out. You're in a state of apathy. I don't know if there's a cure, but the way I deal with it, is if something's starting to make me crazy, I simply decide that I don't care.
So, if you've got someone in your face, and not letting up, and you think it's getting to be too much for you, your answer is: "I don't care."
First you think it, then you believe it. Whatever it is that's driving you to suicide, your answer is: "I don't care."
First you think it, then you believe it. "I'm not going to allow this to make be crazy."
Now, for your memory... You are more likely to remember that which is important to you. Being in a state of apathy, like I think you are, your natural opinion is... "I don't care." (which is why it's so easy to apply that philosophy to other things). In certain areas, nothing seems to bother you lately. Correct? Except that which is making you feel like crap. The answer for your memory, is:
1) Make it important to you. If you need to remember something, truly believe that it's important. Your future depends on it. That's how important it is...
2) Take more notes. Take lots of notes, and keep them handy. The more notes you have to rely on, the better off you are. And writing something down doesn't necessarily mean you need to refer to it. The simple act of writing it will help your brain to believe it's important to you.
Being very brilliant, like I believe you to be, you have the unique ability to override your subconscious, and convince yourself of things, and gain a big advantage from that... You are now your own psychologist. Make life work for you, and don't work against it anymore.
You're the driver, for your life. Where's your destination? Drive there. It's as simple as being strong enough to take control of your life. No anti-depressants needed. Skip the surgery too, unless there's actually something they know they can fix.
Your biggest strength lies with that big brain of yours. It's the key to everything in your life. It can get you where you want to go, all you have to do is let it get you there.
