You need to be brushing your gums and your teeth. Gentle brushing over the gum area and down over the teeth is required with a suitable soft nylon bristle tooth brush and a fluoride toothpaste. Also visit your dentist as you may need a thorough scale and polish.

Brush ur teeth twice a day using fluoridated toothpaste.Floss every day.Use mouth rinses only when necessary as they causes staining of ur teeth and alter taste particularly those that contain chlorhexidine e.g Listerine.Avoid smoking as they increases the bacteria that r associated with gum disease in ur mouth.Try to restrain urself from snacking.Get urself a dental check up every 6 months and prophylaxis if necessary.

Use toothpaste with flouride, use toothbrush small enough to get into hard-to-reach locations in ur mouth, rinse with mouth wash regularly, visit the dentist once evry 6 months. Try darlie or colgate.
