Could be acid indigestion or heartburn. Eat something to rule out hunger pangs, and if that doesn't work, take a rolaids or tums and see if you feel better.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

1. If the systems persist go to an emergency room or call 911. Also be aware of any blood you might see that isn't from your gums. Ask about an upper G.I. series. If you haven't eaten anything, or on nonprescription medications, you may want to discontinue them. Consult a qualified medical professional.

If you have an emergency situation and you take the time to ask a question about it on Yahoo Answers before calling the paramedics...

You might be addicted to Yahoo Answers.

Sounds like you have a stomach ulcer or h-pylori. You really need to see a Dr. I think a simple blood test will tell you if you have or not. Good luck!!
