If you are not running any plays or having players call their sets, usually this is what goes on between points, there are a couple things you could have them do. They can talk about what the other team is doing that is causing them problems and what they can do to prevent or stop it. Your setter should be talking to everyone keeping them focused. They should be the leader on the court and its their job. They should be making sure everyone is in position and that they are paying attention.
Most girls teams I've seen do little cheers between points to help motivate and keep everyone together.
I don't think running in circles is a good idea as it takes them out of position and this could cause some rotational issues.
As for warm up programs...never really got involved a whole lot with that. Sorry i can't help...try volleyball.org or a site like that.

To keep COMPLETELY FOCUSED, here's how:
1. Make sure they eat, sleep, drink, and dream volleyball.
2. Keep them on a healthy, nutritious diet and exercise regimen.
3. Get them started on strength training and muscle toning to prevent them from injuries.
4. Do practice volleyball drills every single day.
5. NO DISTRACTIONS!!!!! Any distraction would have your team lose their concentration completely.

My coach makes us sprint after each rally if we aren't focusing. Or if we aren't playing well at half time we have to run and stretch again before the second game!

If u teach them some chants it might boost them up a little, and just say them before/after some plays........ that's what my team does.
