Man, if you already think she doesn't love you, than you've already lost. You should focus on getting her to notice you.
Being fat is not a horrible thing. Unless you're confined to your house cuz you weigh 700lbs, it's always a good idea to try to get back in shape. Besides, she should love you for who you are, not what you look like. But jumoing on the love bandwagon this early is a sure way to set up for failure.
Get her to notice you first. Introduce yourself, casually, politely. Then move up to having her notice something special about you. This takes self-esteem, though. So, if you;re down about your weight, get on a good track of getting in better shape. Once she's seen you a bit more, hopefully your good qualities will shine through and you can ask for more.
Keep the faith, man. The Dude always remains optimistic about these things. You should, too.

If your neighbor does not love love you, forget her. Find someone else. It is never a good idea to try to change the mind of a person that has NO INTEREST in you.
Move on. There are may other girls around, soon, you will find the right girl. Forget the neighbor.

u cant impress someone to get them to like you..why force something that isnt there naturally when a girl out there one day will love you not because u impressed her...you can just be sweet and try to work out and diet..girls see a fat guy to be someone with no goals or is lazy

You cannot make a person love you. What you can do is be nice to her and give her flowers and just make sure she knows you have feelings towards her. Looks are not important and if you give her time and space she may eventually develop feelings for you too.

or hit a gym...& burn urself..till ur dat awsm 6 pack guy...& she herself drools all over u...
