Well how long ago did she give birth? What kind of surgery was it and how long ago was the surgery. The person to ask about when you can have sex is her Doctor... not yahoo answers....

you can have sex after her 6 week check up when the doctor gives it an "okay".
she will not be able to get pregnant again until at least 3 months after the birth. that is just the way a woman's body is.

Whoa! Slow down and give the woman a chance to recover! Your wife just gave birth and had surgery and you are worried about sex and another baby?Sound a little selfish to me. Try talking to your wife and get HER opinion.
