Make her feel like she is so special and just because you can't have great sex doesn't mean you can't have it in the shower or something. Or you can talk about all the things you guys can do when she is finish with her period. During the time of the month ladies get pretty moody. Don't irritate her, just love her.make her a nice dinner and treat her like a queen because it will all make up after when she is finish with her period.it will be good

She may well be suffering from a hormone in balance during her menstrual cycle. She would do well to see an endocrinologist to have her levels checked. If hormones are the problem it can be put right with ease although it may take a little time to get the doses exactly right. It worked with my wife, she is almost human now.

Give her a good massage esp on the neck and shoulder. Give her free time to take a long, hot bath and offer to scrub her back etc. Give her chocolate. Otherwise keep supporting her, avoiding any arguments and give her space.

Just try to be very kind, loving and caring, and maybe leave her alone if she seems to need some space. There's really nothing you can do to keep her hormones from influencing her mood, just don't judge her, she's suffering from it aswell!
