Sound like you have a forgiveness problem.
Jesus taught that God accepts us as we are.
Thankfully, Christ died so that he was our mediator!
Remember that God allows everything on earth to be here.
Everything was made by God, and nothing exists without him.
In all things, give thanks to God.
Do not do anything to excess.
So long as you are not violating someone Else's rights, liberties, or other wise, creating a stumbling block for others, that you are free to do what you want, when you want, why you want.
Anything you do to yourself, you will answer to God for.
When you can make that peace with yourself, you will have learned a lesson in forgiveness.
Then the power of alcohol will be the power of Gods love instead.

You are most definately still loved. The problem of alcoholism is often one which cannot be remedied alone. Perhaps you should see if your church offers help for it or if they can guide you to someone who can. It is a lifetime process, both my parents are alcoholics and you are bound to slip every now and again. But God knows your heart and knows when you are honestly trying to fix a problem. Lean on God during the times when you think you need a drink and see if He can't help you.

I'm just an agnostic, but here it is--
Jesus loves you, and Jesus is ready to connect you with God. But you've gotta disconnect from the alcohol addiction, and you know that. If you have Christian leanings, then contact A.A. Their program is right for you. They are good people and they can help you better than anybody on Yahoo Answers can.
Stick up for yourself. You are an important person. We need you. God bless you and if you cared about the concept of Jesus as much as Jesus cares about you, you'd contact A.A. tomorrow.
Get going. You'll like the re-birth. And so will the loved ones around you...

Of course you are loved. I struggle with the same addiction. Just when I feel like I'm all alone and hopeless, an unexpected comforting presence visits me. Were it not for this presence, we both may have given up entirely long ago. The fact that you acknowledge your weakness shows that you are conscious of your behavior, and that you have the sincere desire to be a good Christian. That in itself is a great victory!
With God's grace, we can overpower our demons, but that doesn't mean it will be an effortless struggle. Hang in there, you're in my prayers.
Peace.

The devil is keeping you from church, he is making you feel like you arent good enough to go...God will always love you, remember, it's unconditional love, He may not like what you do, but He will always love you. He wants to heal you of your addictions, go to church, pray, and ask for His help over and over...
God can overpower anything.
If you were perfect you wouldnt need church.
Church is like a spiritual hospital, you dont need to be well to go there.
Good luck and God bless!

Of course you are still loved. God loves everybody. We all have issues that we deal with. Nobody is perfect, but God loves us anyway.
I have watched both my parents struggle with alcoholism my whole life. It's not easy to quit, but when you do, life will be sooo much better. My dad can deal with stresses so much more easily than when he was drinking. Just hang in there. Keep praying...God will help you. I have faith that you can overcome your addiction.

Yes! You just need to pray really really hard to God and ask him to help you. Alcoholism is a disease and you can get help. And you need help with the other substances too. Love God enough to reach out and ask for it. Good luck, and God does love you!!!!!

Yes, you are still loved. Never think that you are not. God's love is sufficient to cover all sin.
God understands your heart and knows you desire to be rid of your self-destructive behaviors and will forgive you for those sins.
You should try asking some people you trust to help you overcome your addictions...
They can help you stay accountable and clean and sober...
I will pray for you and pray that He gives you the healing you desire.
God Bless you,
Adyghe C.

You are feeling the conviction of the Holy Spirit, and at the same time, Satan is trying to confuse you.
The Holy Spirit will tell you in your heart that you are wrong.
Satan will tell you that you have gone too far to get you to give up.
Christianity is not about being perfect, no Christian is.
It is about "Fighting the Good Fight.
Paul said to his son Timothy that he had fought the good fight, he had finished the race, he had kept the faith, he did not say he won it. You dont have to win it, as Christ won the fight for you.
But you have to "show up"
Listen:Rev 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
