I accessed using the Firefox Browser, through a proxy server, because I'm in China and subject to censorship.
The dark blue writing was difficult to read. Yellow on black would be easier.
On the 'services' screen, the Help button did nothing.
The 'websites' tab under 'Flash design' has no effect
When I tried to proceed further on any tabs on the services screen, I got a blank white screen which timed out. (Most likely my slow access - often times out)

Anyways. At main page when intro movie loads it doesnt show a Loading... message. The site is too dark and has too much flash.
I havent gone through the text, but the colors scheme would look better if some other color than black was chosen. It gives it more of a shady warez or crack site look rather than anything else.

A bit slow downloading all fancy graphics (only have common 1meg broadband, and find the site too dark, lose the black background, look at all big names never have black backgrounds). Not bad but are competing against many big boyes who offer same service (download.com - option to search for freeware only,etc). Hope it makes you some cash!

it all works but one thing I would point out is the lengthy time it takes for the flash images to appear, may be a good idea to put a no flash part to the site

it takes a long time to download. maybe you could offer a "skip" button for the non-essential graphics? you have a lot of ideas and information. might be good to simplify in design just a bit. and make the layout a little less random.

the sound will get irritating later on.
skip all these questions that pops up in blue or give an option - skip intro.
make the options smaller and add them all on 1 page
