I have a girlfriend who lives about half an hour away from me. This is pretty far, but I keep in touch with her via the internet. I see her on a bi-monthly basis or so; like today I just went to Universal Studios with her. I'm afraid of losing her since we both go to different schools and are generally separated a lot. I love her dearly, but I'm very, very timid. I haven't even gone any farther than kissing her on the cheek. She's also shy, but how can I show her I love her? I buy her whatever I can and always end our conversations with "hugs and kisses," but I know I can do more. But what?

I don't lust for her, and I'm very polite with her. I even ask her permission to hold her hand, kiss, hug, stuff like that.

The best act of love is to be her friend! Continue to be someone that she can confide in, someone that she can share with. Love is an act of the heart - it doesn't have to be physical. The best love affairs I've ever had had one common characteristic - friendship!

relax..i have a boyfriend and both of us don't live in the same country,we've been together for two years..if this helps,for us the most important thing is to remind him everyday that i love him and he would do the same thing..that would be enough..

It seems to me that you want to go to the next level of intimacy....is she ready for that? Are you? Believe me.....once you start that....you will feel even more miserable being apart. take it slow...as slow as possible.

your are doing too much and she will realize she got you on check and will cheat on you and never tell you but she might be different to keep a girl faithful you gotta be sweet but not too sweet and u gotta be an asshole but not too much its complicated but thats all i can say
