I assume you mean Catholicism vs. Protestantism. There's really no difference when it comes down to it. They're both based on salvation granted by faith in Jesus's self-sacrifice. By the way, you should stop eating so much ice cream. You're lookin kinda chubby.

I don't agree that Catholics are Christians. While yes they do believe in Christ as the Messiah, their beliefs fall very short of Christian beliefs.
For instance, Catholics believe that you have to pay pennance for your sins, yet the Bible teaches us that Chirst paid the ultimate pennance and that we are forgiven. Catholics also believe that man has the authority to grant one forgiveness, but the Bible is also clear on that as well.
Just a few differences I believe separate the two.

They are part of the same religion called Christianity.
