I think one's head consists of everything above the neck, and if so, a bullet in the head doesn't necessarily guarantee a quick and possibly painless death. A side shot through your jaw or nose, or a front shot that blows away one of your ears could all be quite painful, and you'd have to wait however long it takes for you to bleed to death.
If someone told me I had those two choices, I'd tell him I wanted a third choice. If he responded that he had the gun (or whatever) and said that I couldn't have a third choice because he is in charge. I would agree that he has the gun (or whatever) and that he is in charge, but add that I still want a third choice.
If he became exasperated with me and said ok, you moron, your third choice is to have your dick shot off. How do you like that? I'd respond that his third choice is not acceptable. I'd explain that I want to be the one deciding what the third choice will be. And while he is scratching his head and wondering what kind of nut case I am, I'd add that he decided what the two first choices should be, so it would be only fair to let me make at least one choice--the third one.
If he responded, you dumb moron, what do I have to say to make you realize that I'm in charge here, not you, I would respond that I've already acknowledged that he's in charge, and point out that I'm not arguing that point. I just want him to show some semblance of fairness and allow me to choose the third choice.
If he threw his hands up in the air, and said ok you dumb sh*t, choose the freaking third choice, I would say thank you sir, my choice for third choice is NONE OF THE ABOVE.
After that sank in, and he was looking at me wondering what to do next, I'd tell him to put the gun down and go out and have some fun out of life rather than doing something stupid that would lead him to jail for the rest of his life.
Incidentally, what would you do if someone gave you two choices and told you that you had to pick one of them? Would you think outside the box?

Bullet in the head everytime or maybe lethal injection and I believe the majority will choose this as no one wants to suffer.

Bullets don't always do the job........I've seen quite a few people who tried and failed.......but are forever messed up afterward.
Give me the guillotine. Talk about quick and painless!
