Does anyone know what a DD is?

I heard this one on the radio and they couldn't say what it is.
All they said was that farmers and van drivers get it from the vibrations of their vehicles over long periods.
And apparently its called CC in the army.
Can anyone help?

Remeber this includes tractor drivers aswell, so I don't think dare devil is the right one.

They couldn't say what it was on the radio so it could be something rude.

I'm from Britain so anyone from Britain may know the answer (It was JK & Joel that mentioned it on the radio).
