No idea which is the 'more international' but YES there are many, many sign languages! Not quite as many as languages, but close. :)

Yes, sign languages do differ by country. American sign language is utilized in the USA as well as other countries with significant English - speaking populations except for the UK, which has a sign language unintelligible to ASL users.ASL is probably the most internationally used sign language,with signers from Hong Kong, The Philippines, parts of Africa, Mexico and Canada. About 60% of ASL will be understood by French signers due to the many signs that they have in common.

There are diverse variations of signal notwithstanding that is a first language. that is somewhat diverse yet no longer unique to instruct languages. It basicly is all an same. that is fantastically straightforward to learn they have video clips and books oh and computing gadget software too. good success

signs and body languages are a complementary to spoken languages for all languages. they differ significantly over different languages, so be careful what you sign to a person of different language, you might be grossly misunderstood
