No idea which is the 'more international' but YES there are many, many sign languages! Not quite as many as languages, but close. :)

Yep. And people from one country will speak another sign language with a foreign "accent."

There are diverse variations of signal notwithstanding that is a first language. that is somewhat diverse yet no longer unique to instruct languages. It basicly is all an same. that is fantastically straightforward to learn they have video clips and books oh and computing gadget software too. good success

signs and body languages are a complementary to spoken languages for all languages. they differ significantly over different languages, so be careful what you sign to a person of different language, you might be grossly misunderstood

yes slightly different in Australia use Auslan some people use own signs like we use slang
