I worship God everyday - but doing what he asks us to do.
John 4:23-24 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
I also do this by way of speaking in tongues.

People of the Jewish and Seventh Day Adventist Faiths have their Sabbath from sundown on Friday evening to sundown on Saturday.

We must all pray to God and worship Him everyday if we know whats good for us..
But i think what u mean is whom is it designated for worship? I think we all know that its the Jew's holy day.
