over a simple harmless question.
I normally am not prone to snittiness, but had a nerve wrenching day, and just snapped.
I can't make an excuse for the incident being as I don't feel it can be justified.
This person always treats me like platinum and I feel about as low as the soles of a snail's shoes.

ask for their fogiveness, its alot different than just apologizing.
I puts the ball in their court and lets them see how much you care about their feelings

Just print off your question and share it with them. I think they will appreciate how upset you are to go to the bother to ask all of us what to do. Good luck, it will work out.

Just tell them exactly what you told us. Tell them you realize you screwed up and you feel bad that you did what you did and you don't have an excuse for what you did.

Just tell them that you are very sorry..That you had a rough day and that you shouldn't have taken it out on them..If they are as good a freind as you say they will understand

Well...be honest tell them that's uncharacteristic of you, and that you are truely sorry and that it will never happen again...If they know you, they'll give you another chance.
