Taking naps are ok, but avoid sleeping for more than 30 minutes. Sleeping more than that can send you into a deep sleep making it harder for you to get up. But a 15-20 minute nap can make you feel more refreshed, and it won't mess up your sleep schedule at night. So set your alarm to make sure you don't over-sleep.

You need to go to bed early and get up around 8 0'clock if your schedule for work is 9 A.M. You need to eat on time at noon for lunch but it has to be light lunch since the heavy meal will force you to have a nap,but 3 hours are too long and a cat nap has to replace but you only need 1/2 hour to recharge but, you need alarm clock to get you up.Drink coffee at lunch time and walking around your office will eliminate your nap time because. you will wake and may be no cat nap either.

What are you eating for lunch? This may be the culprit. Make sure you eat a high-protein, very low carb lunch (no sugary anything, no bread, carrots, fruit, potatoes, avoid everything starchy or sweet). Eat very lightly at lunch. A piece of meat and a salad are very good. The exact same thing used to happen to me every afternoon until I figured out it was my diet. Also very good, a nice big cup of green tea (no sugar!) will pick you up very nicely.
