This is my personal eating habits: Eating red meat is not healthy. Less consumption of it or not at all if you can. You can start with freshly squeezed juices, green and fresh veggies and fruits. Start a day at a time. If ever you eat chicken, do not eat the skin. say no to fast foods and high cholesterol containing foods like french fries, fried foods, chips with MSG (monosodium glutamate) , no to soft drinks and sodas -yunesa@yahoo.com

Start with fast food.
I can't really tell you what to stop eating because I don't know exactly what you're eating currently. Try improving on your greens. Also stop with oily stuff such as fries. Stop eating a lot of sodium and just eat your fruits and veggies. Also look for non cholesterol foods.

Meat, eggs, dairy - generally all animal products.
But what you do eat is just as important as what you don't eat. There are plently of unhealthy vegetarians and vegans who live on French Fries and the like.
Try to eat food that is as close to it's natural form with no processing, and be mindful of the types and amounts of fats you consume.
Good luck with your healthy eating... be happy and well!

stop eating any sort of junk food, no chips, no fries, no candy and so on, and if you have any sort of bowel troubles you might stop eating meat, watch your fats, and watch your carbs, only eat whole grain carbs. no processed food, watch your salt, dont let yourself get more than ten pounds over your optimal weight. believe me, im far from perfect but im sure the poster girl for what not to do, im diabetic and crippled and i have high blood sugar, allergies and oh well thats enough.

High fat animal products. Processed foods. Anything white (sugar, white rice, potatoes, breads and crackers). A lot of cheese. Minimize fruit. Stick with fresh preferably organic, non-starchy vegetables and fish.

"High Fructose Corn Syrup"
Brilliant invention, but very bad for your health. Avoid it.
More fish and lean chicken, less red meat.
More green veggies, and less starchy ones like potatoes...those are a silent killer.
Lots of iron and calcium for women.
