I'm a NY girl so, NY style for sure! Where I'm from Chicago style pizza is not even considered pizza! It just isn't done it's sacrilege!

Chicago style combination pizza. New York is gross. I don't think pizza is meant to be folded 10 times just to eat it.

I'd say that everyone's favourite might be Cuattro Staggioni..
As to my own favourite...
A Bianca...with onions, bacon, cheese and fresh cream (no tomato sauce) . .. I ask for extra bacon and an egg poached in the middle... Really yummy, sort of like pasta a la carbonara.
They serve it at a restaurant in Marbella named The "Mystic Pizza" (after the movie) .
