West coast more likely than east.

I would imagine that none of these people would help the young man, because of the bystander effect. Most people think that someone else will help, so they just go about their business. If I had to choose, though, I would say none of the men, because a man would probably think they were insulting the young man who is struggling, like they are calling him weak. A younger or teen female would, in my opinion, be the most likely to help the young man. I would say the more helpful coast wouldn't necessary be able to be predicted. I think there are many more factors at play here, such as the size of the actual town where this is taking place, and the weather on the day it is happening. Just taking a guess based on stereotypes, I'll say east coast.
