It's a turbo, just looking for some engine enhancements... anything, really. NOT looking for a blow-off valve or purely sound "improvements".

Cheaper than Abbott for same quality parts

They have some performance parts as well as many OEM replacements

The mods that will give you the best performance gains are as follows:
1.) 3" Downpipe
2.) High-flow Intercooler
3.) Intake
4.) Full 3" exhaust
After that your looking onto 3" piping through the intake system, which will allow you to upgrade your turbo, and flash your EMU. Those last couple are probably not what your thinking about right now, but that is a path you could follow. I'd recommend upgrading your suspension before you get that far however, and your brakes.

The downpipe is a really good first mod, it will relieve the turbo of a lot of backpressure and possibly increase your power by 10 - 15%. Upgrading the intercooler is expensive, but it will give you the next highest noticable power gain.

I forgot to mention EMU upgrades. Depending on how far you want to go with yout modding, you should hold off on the EMU upgrade. If you want to just get a downpipe (a relatively inexpensive upgrade comparatively), then afterwards you can upgrade your EMU to stage II. If you dont even want to mess around with the downpipe you can still get moderate power gains from a new EMU alone. All saabs are detuned from the factory by the EMU, so a simple electronic upgrade can give you up to 15hp or more.

Hi there, I work at a Saab dealership. If you want performance in your 9-3 you need to either buy a Viggen, or go to Abbottracing.com. They are all about saab performance. You will spend some serious money on your saab trying to do this though. Make sure your cars value is worth it.
