What are orbs and what if you have pics of them in your house?

I've heard of orbs, never really believed in them before (poltergeists, whatever, are a bunch of crap to me), but recently I have pictures of 5 "orbs". 3 are in our house, two around our little girl at the grocery store. What are these? Please share all because I have NO CLUE as to anything relating to orbs.

I have no idea if they're really orbs. It's a digital camera we use. They're round circles of turqoise, red and white or similar colors. They don't look like reflections. The idea of orbs is only cuz my husband met some orb nut who was showing him similar pics of "orbs".

most of the photographs taken of orbs are dust particles in the air, that get caught reflecting the flash. They are perfectly aligned and so on and so forth.

Other orb pics can be lightflares aswell....like if you catch the right angle from the sun and the rays reflect off the lens in the camera.

I've also seen a pic of orbs explained as flying insects where their wings beat so fast the quick almost null delay on the shutter catches the wings in motion or the movement of the body of the insect in motion and the image becomes a blurr.

If you are certain that is not the case, real orb pictures are snapshots of energy flying about in random patterns. Not that I am anykind of expert in the realm of orbs or even debunking, but I understand that these "real" orbs are nonproblematic.

They are not ghosts as explained by various individuals trying to be scientific, but merely physical representations of amassed energy (amassed as in present and globulous, not having any weight or consistancy)

Photographed Orbs are white. I've never seen any in colors. Many believe it is spirit. Beyond that I couldn't tell you. I have seen these orbs and their streaming tails caught on film at my home several years ago but none in about 3 or 4 years now. Another person saw my photos and commented on them saying they were "Ghosts".

I don't really believe the "ghost" thing but did do research and found that these things are at least considered "Spirit" of some kind.

All video, photos, and my own pictures showed these things as white though.

Honestly, I'd say get your camera checked and possibly cleaned.Most orbs are specks of dust.There are some who will say orbs are evidence of a spirit of ghost being present, but most orb pictures can be debunked.Now, I,for 1, believe in ghosts, I grew up in a house that had one, but I'm also skeptical by nature, and if there is a logical explanation for something, I'll find it! If the pictures were on the same roll of film,the film might be faulty( it's a common thing).Try another roll of film from a different store,a different brand,so on and so forth.*I just read your additional details.It's possibly a glitch in the camera,since it's a digital camera and operates on a pixel level, versus a 35mm camera.I'd say get the digital camera checked out.*

'orbs' are not all scarey and bad, some 'orbs' are souls from the otherside sent to guide and protect us. Guess the question would be ....do these 'orbs' make you skitterish or do you have a feeling of peace and awe...if it is Peace and Awe those are angels or good spirits. If these 'orbs' cause coldness or make you feel prickely. These are either lost souls...talk to them and tell them it is ok to leave; if you feel a sense of impending doom....call a priest. The 'orbs' around your daughter are I have the feeling/sense that these are Spirit Guides or Personal Angels.

probally a dust reflection in the camera. this is the most common

I don't know what "orbs" are. I've had them to show up in some of the photographs that I have taken. I plan to one day ask a professional photographer.

Orbs are by different spirits of various colors. They showed up in the photos to show you and your husband that they do exist. White, red and turquoise (blue & yellow combo) are colors of auras. Look up Aura Colors and Chakra (Energy Center) colors. You are becoming spiritually evolved! :)
