I get that too, my doctor told me it is related to my hormones cycle. You have to check if it happens more often when you are ovulating or when you are close to your period. check with you gynecologist, I only get the itchy in one breast. Hope this helps you, do check it, it may be something else and you need to catch it early!!

Have you tried a new laundry detergent? Since a bra is so close to the skin, it is possible that you are getting irritation. Try some of the "free & clear" brands....
The only other thing I could think of is potential for yeast to grow if you perspire a lot.

Probably just dry skin. Try Lansinoh cream. Breastfeeding mothers use it. It's only about $10 at walmart.

..........no...sounds painful. I bet you have some kind of fungus of some sort on your nips. Go to the pharmacy at your local drug store, and they'll be able to point out a cream or lotion that will help until you make it to your doctors appt.

this sounds stupid, but it could be your detergent. try one without dyes or perfumes for a while and see if that helps. could be your soap, shampoo, or body wash too. check out these simple things first before you start to freak out too badly.

It could be the clothes you are wearing. Bought any new clothes lately? Or it could be something you ate, somethign you are allegic to. Try to recall. If not, consult a doctor.
