My theory is we will not be advanced enough to be able to live on other planets by the time this world ends. Not only this world but also the heavens will pass away. Revelations chapter 21 says "And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea."

The world will not end. The Lord Jesus is going to come back and rule as king for a thousand years. The righteous will live but the majority of the people will be burnt like stubble in a field so their will be few left, that is what the bible referring to as the end. But it is only the end of unrighteousness, not of the world, the world will last another 1000 years.

We, as a species, will end/terminate or be replaced by an "advanced" race of humans long before this world, the sun and our planet earth, end.
the Technology to modify ourselves is at the threshold, and it seems that in the next few generations we'll modify ourselves to an extent that we/our descendants will be considered a new species "homo artificial?"
the sun & earth will end in a few billion years.
If we find ways to cross space and settle around other stars, each such "colony" will continoue to evelove saperately, so it'll end up with different homo species on different planets

In my opinion, the "end of the world" is going to come in much the same way as the end of an etch-a-sketch drawing. It will all get erased, just keeping many of the good ideas of this version of the world, making the next one better. But quite frankly, I think the Human race is going to destry itself long before that happens, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

FYI God is not only on earth, He made all of the Universe. He is everywhere, and the earth is not coming to an end. Just changed a bit.

Some will be some won't be, but in the end all will live. In heaven or in the lake of fire. There will be no death after all the dead is raised because death and hell will be cast in the lake of fire.
Rev20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire

I don't think it would give God too much trouble to get us from the moon, Mars, or orbit if need be. That won't happen on the grand scale your question suggests, but if one Neil Armstrong-type happens to be moonwalking at the time, and he's a Christian, no problem for God.
(Aaack! I almost said "The God"! I'm starting to sound like whynotaskdon!)

When you are not here any longer, what is there to worry about? It is either you are dead or you're on a different planet already, I am sure your other world will not be filled with the same people, the same trouble you are running away from.so, you are just very lucky. I am sure that new world of yours is not as polluted. If it is just the same as here, what's the point of leaving?

I think God's plan accounts for that. Either we will all still be here or when the world ends, the rest of the universe will go with it.
