Take Tylenol and gargle with warm water with a pinch of salt. If it doesn't work go to a drugstore and you can buy an over the counter toothache medicine.

Go to a dentist?
If you can't get into a dentist and it is really painful cavity....

I know this is going to sound like a joke but it is not, my dentist told me to do this and I did. It worked!.....

go to an adult store, maybe drug stores have it too, and get some Anal Eze. The strawberry flavored kind. The drug in it that numbs the anal muscles works 10x better on toothaches then the crap in ambosol.
Take some advil and get some anal eze and count the days until your dentist appointment.

Temporay relief - tylenol.

You really need to go to the dentist. If a tooth is aching, there is a serious problem in it and it won't recover by itself.
