Contact a church in your area.
Go back & reapply for MEDICAID.
File for SSI - Social Security Disability. This would be considered a disability!
Contact Salvation Army.

I'm not sure where you live but you might want to call around to some dental places. They may work out a payment plan with you. Welfare doesn't cover anyone over the age of 21 for dental.

There's some clinics in big cities that will offer free treatment, and they don't check for proof of poverty. One example is St. Anthony's in San Francisco--I don't know where you're from, so I can't tell you what's in your area, but look around at some of the big cities near you and you might be able to find someplace that offers free clinic to anybody in need.

Another option is to talk to churches. North Coast Calvary Chapel has a program where if you're in need, they'll help you out. That doesn't mean they'll just hand you money, but if you can prove that you can't afford to get your teeth pulled, but you really need to, they would probably foot the bill. They're San Diego based--I have no idea if you're anywhere nearby, or if they can help you if you're far away, but you can look into churches in your area, or you can talk to North Coast. The website is http://www.northcoastcalvary.org/ministries/caring_benevolence.html

I live in Ohio and the only place I know you can go for treatment is Ohio State University in Columbus. It may seem like a long drive but I drove 12 hours to Pennsylvania for my treatment so across the state is nothing.

Remember you will be treated by students supervised by a Professor.
