Why was your friend maced????ouch!!
I had a friend who had bear spray sprayed at him as a joke and having a shower really helped him. He rinsed his face, removed any clothing that also got hit and had a shower right away.
He just stood there with his face towards the cold shower for a half an hour, he said it helped.
After getting some fresh air helps too.

Tell him too take all his clothes off and stand in the shower and rinse his eyes out for about 30 mins. Wash his clothes separate from other clothes twice just to be sure to get the chemicals out of his clothes. If his eyes continue to burn take him to the emergency room as he may be having a allergic reaction to whatever he was sprayed with and this could lead to serious eye damage.

Victims should be encouraged to blink vigorously in order to encourage tears, which will help flush the irritant from the eyes. Some of the oil can be washed off the face using a degreasing, non-oily soap such as a mild dish detergent, and a fan will provide some relief.

Stick your friend in the shower, with their head tilted up. and have them flush their eyes out and wash their wash well with soap. It will still burn for a bit. Just have them get out of the shower lie down and place a cold wet cloth over their eyes. Change it ever 5 to 10 minutes with a fresh wet cloth. It will get better.

Flush eyes profusely w/ cold water, keep repeating to make sure the chemicals/pepper is out of the eye. Yikes- hope ur friend feels better. U might want 2 also put a cold towel on his/her forehead for relief.

LMAO - tell him to leave the girls alone. Seriously though, flush their eyes with water and have them drink water and if possible, blow the water out their nose. Yeah - sounds silly, but the chemicals in mace attack the sinus heavily and flushing will help, but they will have to wait a few minutes until the effect wears off.

Wash out your friend's eyes with water for like 5 minutes. Try to get your friend to open his or her eyes. Then I don't know, maybe call 911?
