Have you fertilized them lately? I use a Rose specific fertilizer, about every 30days or so.
Also mulch is important. Do you prune them back in the fall?
Also, when you cut them cut them on an angle at a leaf with five leaves pointing backwards.

You need to remember to cut out the dead flowers, fertilize with rose food, and prune the branches in winter. Good luck.
