It depends ! When i feel dominant, i want them girly. Sometimes i feel passive, so i want them Tom boys.

Well I personally go on a thier personality traits & mannerisms, depends what YOU seek, I dont mind either but prefer a girl to be modest & feminine with a little bit of a Tom-boy too.
