I live in Australia and the only place you can smoke in the bars now is in the poker machine area.

They do in Missouri. It varies by the bar and city but most bars allow patrons to smoke.

No, they do not. Within City Limits smoking in a public building is illegal however, the smaller towns surrounding do offer smoking areas inside.

NO!- California has put a stop to all indoor smoking and they are working on the outside air as well. Amusement parks are even smoke free.

Of course half of them are smoking pot or weed, and drinking and doing anything else within reach, yet heavens to betsy we smoke a cigarette! Oh well.... most of Americans will probably kill themselves with Twinkies before cigarettes, but to each their own, eh?

they have what they call "smoking rooms" where you can't get any bar service, so basically you have to get up and go to the bar to order your drink! This is in BC, Canada!!
