I am in the US. In Maryland. She is a pure bred German Rott. 18mos. old.

They are in Westminster. Their website has a list of breeders who should be able to provide you with excellent quality males.

Check out Answers International at the bottom of the page and re-submit your question. Originally German breeders were very careful about the quality and bloodlines of the puppies. In the U.S. we are more lax. If you actually have a German rottweiler, get a German breeder to recommend a breeder of equally high standards on this side.
