Yes so long as her pregnancy isn't in the "high risk" category and her doctor hasn't advised against it. However, keep in mind that although some women get super horny while pregnant, others just want to be left alone, especially the first few months. This may be the case even if they aren't having nausea. Be patient, because if all is going well, she's going to want to have sex. It might not be until month 7, but she will! And it will be well worth the wait!

If she feels up to it, and the doctor has not told her to avoid sex because of possible complicatons, then go ahead, but also be more gentle. If she is in the beggining, and has morning sickness, too much movement might make give her nausea(or worse, puke). Or she might find it uncomfortable or painful if you are too rough with her. If it is later in pregnancy, and her water breaks, you should not have sex and she should go straight to the hospital, or if her doctor tells her that sex is no longer safe you should listen to his warnings, but otherwise, enjoy.

As long as you do not get rough. You can have sex into the 9th month of pregnancy. You just have to be imaginative with positions.

of course you can. you just have to try new positions as she gets bigger. and you can have sex with her after six months unless there's complications with her pregnancy.
