Normal straightening process treats curly hair with flat iron and relaxers. When hair is too curly, normal straightening only last couple of weeks and needs blow-drying after every shampoo in order to maintain the straight hair. It lasts untill your hair starts to grow new hair which your hair grows about a 1/2 inch a month.
