Did the government ran out of Arabs so now they use Americans?

This http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/11497264/ is the funniest thing I've seen during the last month (after the funnier convert-at-gun-point of the 2 FOX News geeks). Didn't the govn succeed well enough in making "lemming" Americans hate Muslims and Arabs? Or maybe because nowadays more and more Americans do believe that 9/11 was an inside job and that attacking Iraq was made for no good reason other than enriching the oil companies and that Bin Laden is still a US agent, they want to make sure that the remaining who believe everything without thinking still hate the Arabs and fear that the (lol) Middle East habitants want to make US a Muslim Country!!
Do you REALLY believe that the person in that MSNBC link is a threat and that the 2 FOX (what a coincident, it's FOX!!) news reporters were released after converting to Islam under the threat of death?

Excellent question. I do understand that it is difficult to trust the media or the government.

I live in SE Michigan where there is the largest concentration of Muslims outside the Middle East. If there is any doubt in your mind about Muslims please come to either Hamtramck or Dearborn and spend a few months. Then you will understand. Debbie Schlussel jokingly calls Dearborn as Dearbornistan.

What does the tape from Gadahn mean? Does anyone realize that Muslims are supposed to "dawa" "invite others to Islam" before jihad?

According to al-Mawardi an 11th Century Shafi'i jurist:

The mushrikun [infidels] of Dar al-Harb (the arena of battle) are of two types: First, those whom the call of Islam has reached, but they have refused it and have taken up arms.… Second, those whom the invitation to Islam has not reached, although such persons are few nowadays since Allah has made manifest the call of his Messenger…it is forbidden to…begin an attack before explaining the invitation to Islam to them, informing them of the miracles of the Prophet and making plain the proofs so as to encourage acceptance on their part; if they still refuse to accept after this, war is waged against them and they are treated as those whom the call has reached…

In the Hidayah, vol. II. p. 140 (Hanafi school):
It is not lawful to make war upon any people who have never before been called to the faith, without previously requiring them to embrace it, because the Prophet so instructed his commanders, directing them to call the infidels to the faith, and also because the people will hence perceive that they are attacked for the sake of religion, and not for the sake of taking their property, or making slaves of their children, and on this consideration it is possible that they may be induced to agree to the call, in order to save themselves from the troubles of war… If the infidels, upon receiving the call, neither consent to it nor agree to pay capitation tax, it is then incumbent on the Muslims to call upon God for assistance, and to make war upon them, because God is the assistant of those who serve Him, and the destroyer of His enemies, the infidels, and it is necessary to implore His aid upon every occasion; the Prophet, moreover, commands us so to do."

Converting people by force isn't new (Spaniards, but remember they also had the Inquisition and were once taken over by the Muslim Moors and maybe got their conversion practices through them), but it's very Muslim. Maybe the liberals would try to convert until they actually read the Koran.

i would say yes and about those 2 guys, in islam before you kill your enemy you offer them a chance to convert and if they do then you are supposed to spare their lives.
