John the Revelator and Ezekiel. Eating does not mean literally to chew and swallow but to read it completely with digestive understanding. And those words in the Bible are what must come out of his mouth. While the words (mistaken for the Holy spirit) of God was put into the mouth of David it means that David have not read God's words from any book fully it just meant that whatever David will say from his mouth will beGod's words. the same thing is what it meant to eat the scroll or the Book.
In our modern lingo as in studying, it is almost similar to burning your eyebrows. I hope it helped

One is John in the book of Revelations.... not so sure about the other......maybe in the Old Testament?
