three lumps behind right ear, hard like metal balls, keep coming up, and severe pain.

sounds like you have inflamation in you're lymph nodes behind your ear. AKA lymphodinitis. Get it checked out it could be caused by many things but most likely you just have an infection that your body is trying to fight off and you probably just needs some antibiotics to help you get rid of it.

This could be very serious. There are infections of the lymph system that appear as lumps behind the ear and down the neck. Please go to you doctor.

It sounds like you may have a cyst behind your ear. Go see the doctor and it is easily treated with excision and antibiotics. Good luck to you.

An infection could cause your glands to swell. If you're having pain you should get to the doctor asap just to make sure everything is okay.

could be glands or infected hair follicles... I would have a doctor check it out. A trip to the family doctor should let you know whats going on.

most likely you are having inflammed retro auricular lymph nodes and they do point towards an infevtion going on in your scalp area or throat........... get it checked by a doctor

my grandmother got them and when she went to the doctor she found out she had a brain tumor (it was cancer, she died befor eI was born) I'm not sure exactly how it was causeing them but it was.

it could be a boil....look it up and see if all the symptoms match
