He's probably your uncle. Think about it, an aunt or uncle is a sibling of one of your parents, their sibling would therefore also be your parent's sibling.

Uncle......your aunt is your moms sister....therefore your aunts brother is your moms brother. by law or br marriage it doesnt matter....its still your uncle
