Many ppl would be angry and would probably turn to dip, cigars, or other sources of nicotene, but it would blow over. Nothing would change. Cigaretters would just be out of the picture. 2nd hand smoke would be just as much a problem if the people switched to Cigars, or even more of a problem. It'd either have no effect, or a good effect. I couldnt see a negative effect coming out of it, except for some distraught people for a few days or weeks.

You would have a lot of angry violent people on this earth. especially since the manufactuers have added almost 10% more nicotine to smokes over the past 5 years making the addiction that much harder.

For those of allergic to smoke, we'd have a huge party & make fun of those who were freakin' from withdrawl, like my X who smokes 4 packs per day!
