this is my husbands ex-wife. she stirred up a bunch of trouble for us,we don't want her to get off easy. i was 8 months pregnant and i have two kids with someone else and he has a son with her. she got all of us investigated by dcfs. we were all questioned at our jobs , schools and homes. and they had to give her son tests to see if he was molested so no we don't want her to get off easy.

She may very well have to pay back the state for all the fees that were in cured for the investigation etc...I am sure that social services will be involved her and she may also have to pay for that as well. Courts don't like you wasting their time so I am sure that they can make a contempt of court charge stick. Lie detector test are not admissible in court so the fact that she took one and failed then admitts she is making it up...why should they believe her now. Her credibility is shot. And if she did make this whole thing up she can be sued for slander and defamation of character. I personally would sue her for any charges I would in cure to clear my name, legal and otherwise. i have no idea what time she would serve but they could definitely make her life miserable...and well she makes someone Else's that way. She deserves what she gets.

Making a False Report concerning the welfare of a child in TX is a felony, I don't know about anywhere else. I assume it would be similar. If the State Child Protective Agency where you live is involved, there will definatly be consequences for her outlandish behavior! She will be made to go to several different counseling sessions, take random UA's for drugs & alcohol, take a psychiatric eveluation, a drug assesment, a parenting class, not to mention any recomendations attached to any of the previously stated based upon individual need! It can get ugly!
