I haven't been to Lebanon , or Morocco, or Yemen , or Bahrain , or Saudi Arabia, or Syria , or Turkey ... or any of the many Muslim Nations .. So far be it from me to make broad suggestive sweeping speculative statements about their cultures .. But if I want to look for "blind faith and violence" .. my own back yard is looking pretty ugly ...

One word: extremists!! That's what the so-called "terrorists" are. You cannot judge a entire religion by the actions of a small minority of people. If you did then Christians would be considered terrorists too after all the stuff they've done throughout history. Put another way extremist Muslim=fundamentalist Christian. You really need to study history and Islam because its obvious you know NOTHING about either. How pathetic!

Not all Muslims are violent - however it would appear that the violent ones wield the power over the non-violent and the majority (not all) are acquiescent to the violence - evident in that the majority of Muslims across the world do not stand up with one voice to reject the slaughter and forced conversions to Islam at gunpoint.

Islam is a very peaceful religion, the word "Islam" is derived from the word "salam" which means peace. This peace comes from a person completely submitting to the will of God. That's what Islam is, the religion of total submission to the will of God.
The Qur'an condemns murder, it says that God does not love troublemakers. As for war, it does instruct Muslims how to fight if in case they need to
The terrorists we hear about are NOT obeying the rules of the Qur'an. They are instigators, they attack innocents, thus they are living by their own rules and not those of God. They are not submitting ot the will of God, but to their own will. Therefore, they are not Muslims, they are INFIDELS. The worst part is that they say they are fighting in the name of Allah, which makes all the non-Muslims believe that ALL Muslims are like that. Bad apples making it hard for the rest.
No, Islam is not violent, however some Muslims are. Same as any other religion.

Is it fair to label the victims who are weak, their countries invaded and destructed, their families and properties are killed and destroyed by the west and Israel you call them violent and terrorists and the attackers and the killers peaceful? I think most Muslims are peaceful, that's what their teachings are based on...But unfortunately we have seen some extremist out there that make all Muslims now have a shadow cast over them...
