I HATE it when women chose jerks over good guys!! I did it myself but did not realize it till 8 yrs and 2 kids later when he told me he had been cheating on me for 4 yrs. Had at least 6-8 what he might consider as GF's a yr not to mention all the one night stands. Had in fact had 6 GF since February!!!
I am worried that as a 32yr old women twice divorced (first husband left me for his drug supplier (who was also his GF) with 2 girls (2 and 3.5) I will never find a man willing to date me let alone marry me, if I even dare to try that again!!
So I really can sympathize with you. Try to notice next time you are at the park, grocery store, library with your kids if any of the women around seem to be single Moms. Just having the children in common at first will give you plenty to talk about.
Look for community activities in your local newspaper and be adventurous enough to try something new, you'd be surprised who you meet. If not someone you may meet someone who know someone or has a daughter, granddaughter that she will want to introduce you to. Take advantage of people willing to fix you up, one date doesn't mean a lifetime commitment. Don't be scared, but don't give up either. It will happen when you least expect it. Oh I also have heard really great things about EHarmony.com, you may want to check that out.
Best of luck to you.

The children may be a bit intimidating to some women, but I think it says a lot that you have full custody. Keep trying --- and you'll meet someone.
You haven't said where you try and meet women at..... you might try in some new places.....and while no longer treating women with a lack of respect, maybe some of the women have heard stories about you?
Be sure that you mean what you're saying and don't try and hide the children. Let the women you meet know they are an important part of your life and that you're not looking for a "mommy" for the children but rather someone to have intellectual conversations with and spend time and have fun with someone you can relate too.

been there still there! thats the way it is, but im no saint and if i was i wouldnt make a difference. screw it i am a dad till my kids are grown, unless a good heart cuts me a break. i'll live alone talk to myself and maybe someday move and hope i leave my rep behind but that aint happening. but still it aint a death sentence. life can be good, it just isnt always fullfilling and just wait till your 35 (hahaha best wishes bro).
when i say fulfilling, i am so conversation starved i talk to my walls. i havent dated if 4+EVER , but thats no biggy, but where in the hell did all the good people go?

Wow..well you must be a good guy to get full custody of your kids. You will eventually meet someone just dont rush into it. In the meantime, enjoy your kids and bond with them. They need you. FYI..some women dig men who loves spending time with their kids..who knows maybe in one of your bonding sessions, you might meet the right women there.
