It's 1:05 am in Atlanta, GA. I am so hungry I could eat a horse. I normally try not to eat at night, but I skipped dinner and I burned a lot of energy attending a sporting event tonight. I do not have a weight problem, but I have this hang-up about eating late at night. But I don't even think I can sleep I'm so hungry. Someone please tell me it's okay...

You can have a snack at night so long as you don't make a habit of eating large amounts and then going to sleep. If your body is hungry it's not always best to deny it. It feels hungry for a reason.

Hun, If I get hungry at night, I usually have a bowl of a healthy cereal, or some crackers and cheese. Usually that does the trick. As long as you keep it under 500 calories, you're alright, regardless of what you eat.

I have been told you can get stomach ulcers from not eating at night when you are hungry.
Easily digested food like crackers and milk should be ok.
Or you could have cereal and toast-save you having to eat breakfast in the morning.
