You are at a great weight. No worries. This website calculates your Body Mass Index and interprets the answer.

I made up dates that corresponded to 17 years old, put in your height and weight, and it said "This teen has a healthy weight":

I am 59 years old, 5' 7", at 130 lb. I exercise regularly. It took effort to change my diet to a healthy one and drop from 160 lb to 130 lb. Don't add weight for the sake of adding weight, eat nutritious foods, exercise regularly. But you know all that.

Congratulations on keeping yourself in shape.

I have my own personal website about the diet I follow, which I definitely do not recommend for anyone but an adult (say 25 years or older), but which might give you ideas for the future.

That is the weight and height I was at when I was your age. You are not underweight, but do yourself a favor while you are at that age and start working out. You will gain much needed muscle mass and weight. My friends used to look at me as weak. I am up to 165lbs. now and they do not have that same perception.

You sound perfect to me. Don't worry. Remember: exercise is not just too lose weight, it's to stay healthy.
