I would use some of the wood to build shelter. Then I would use the rest of the wood and matches to burn a fire to keep us warm at night and at the same time to create a smoke signal so we can be found. My boyfriend would help me with all this, hunt, and keep me company.

If I found wood, I could find a water hole or pit. If I can find water, I can find food.
Deserts are not automatically devoid of food- you just have to know how to find it!
Shame on you for getting stranded in a place you did not know about, and bringing someone else along as well!

Desert? You had better find water or you'll die of dehydration long before starving. Blood contains salt so I wouldn't suggest getting moisture that way. I would suggest you stay coastal in your travels.

how lots do you wanna stay to tell the tale? odds are, you're no longer likely to be able to fish with your palms or hunt any interest without riffle/bow and arrow. so, if somebody i became stranded with died, heckles yea i might eat them. I wanna stay, i'm no longer likely to die on that frickin' island. besides the indisputable fact that, i does no longer eat them in the event that they died from some style of poisoning! that does no longer help me stay to tell the tale, yet while they simply died of starvation; definite, i might eat 'em.

niether you shouldn't eat meat in the dessert, with out water. first priority is water then shelter. then canabolism or did you mean oral sex?. but i think i'm smart enuff to find another food source.

I'd use my boyfriend as my lifter/builder......and my hunter/gatherer. He'd be too useful as my slave.
