Anyone who commits ANY sin and dies without repenting will go to Hell forever (or until that person is consumed by the flames of hell).
Even a sin like telling one lie or stealing one thing, or taking God's name in vain one time. These will find a person guilty before a just, righteous and holy God on the day of judgment, and that person will be unfit for His kingdom, unless he repents and trusts in Jesus to save him.

Sigh. For those who don't know that posing for Playboy is a sin, allow me to enlighten you: The sin she commits is causing adultery in the hearts of men. It is as if she is having sex with everyone who lusts after her in those pages. As it is written: "But I say to you, anyone who stares at a woman with lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart." (Matthew 5:28)
If she comes to Christ after the fact, she will be saved from Hell. If she was backslidden as a Christian, and then posed, one would have to ask, "Was she really in Christ to begin with?" Whether she goes to Hell or not would be based on the answer to that question. And only she and God really would know. For anyone else, it would be pure speculation.

Everyone dies and that means you are dead as in no more. Hell is the grave so where your body rests it is hell.
False descriptions of hell make it a place of torment but not so because God is love.

God created us naked, why would God have a problem with naked pictures? Only WOMAN has that problem!
Maybe Pat Robertson, too!

Repenting is way overrated. No, she will not go to hell.

No, because there is no hell, no heaven, and no god. Next question.

sallygirl1,
If she was not covered by the covering that Christ provided, yes. If she was saved, she would not go to hell, she's covered, not by her works, but by her faith.
It's like that.
