No that dosn't mean there is hardly any chance, but it's described as a narow path. Everyone has sinned, Christians have sinned. What saves a Christian is God's Grace through His Son Jesus. Sin seperates us from God. When a Christian accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior, a change happens, and they are no longer seperated from God, so they can go to Heaven. Christians still can sin, but they should always try not to sin, because they could get in a situation where they are seperated from God again (or think they are seperated again).
When Man first sinned, God already had a plan for Man's salvation. He would give his only Son as a sacrifice in place of a sacrifice for our sins. All we need to do is accept that gift in our hearts, and obey his commandments, and we can be saved.
When we mess up, which happens all the time, we repent, and ask forgiveness from Christ, and Christ will act as a lawyer to God. Christ is the only way to be saved, because all have sinned, and good works, or punishing yourself will not save you.
Christians do good, because they are servants of Christ, and are very very thankfull for what Christ did, and that God sent the comforter the Holy Spirit to inabit our bodies. It's imortant for Christians to be pure, because we are a temple of the Holy Spirit.
If we lose the Holy Spirit we will go back to sinning, and may fall from grace (there are different views on this).
Being a servant of Christ fills a void in your heart, and your life, because we were meant to be with God, and like God.
I hope this answers your question see the below links.

The Bible states that we all sin and fall short of the Glory of God. However, when we accept that Jesus is the Son of God, repent for our sins, And ask God to be our Lord And Savior, we shall have eternal life. When we put everything else aside and sit quietly alone and have a spiritual connection with our creator, only then is this possible to accomplish. Once this decision is made and you come to a realization, because of the life that Jesus gave up for us, we can be forgiven. Many people can paint, but that does not mean they go around saying they are painters. The people who focus, practice and paint all the time are the ones who call themselves painters. Same with the Sin and the Sinners. God Bless.

The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.
If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.
First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.
How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?
It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.
One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.
Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.
If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.
If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.
How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.
Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.
If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.
How likely is that????
Think about it.
The idea of sin is simple nonsense; a lie made up about God by religion.

Yes. But the Bible teaches that all may get into Heaven anyway if that sin is covered by the sacrifice of Jesus through his death and resurection. That is why Jesus is such a big deal...he allows us to get what we do not deserve, if we believe on and follow him. Good question

"There is hardly a Christian who does not believe he is without sin."? That's quite a claim. Care to back that up with anything? Or course, I know you can't, because you're dead wrong.
Or do you think that the couple of Christians that you've seen on the internet represents the millions upon millions that exist all over the world?

True Christians know we are not worthy and are fallen sinful creatures needing salvation offered by Christ.
And its a daily walk to stay where we need to be. We must fight the good fight, as Paul says, and persevere 'til the end.

no that is why god died on the cross....so that you could sin and be forgiven for it...its called repenting. We are all born sinners....honestly, not being rude or anything...but when ppl ask questions...that seem to attack a certain faith..not saying yours does....but don't you think one should read up on it before they decide to despise it? Its like hating a food before you try it..make sense??

WELL FOR ONE A TRUE CHRISTIAN DOES NOT THINK THAT WAY FOR WE ALL KNOW THAT WE SIN EVERYDAY AND THAT NO ONE IS WITHOUT SIN AS FOR GETTING INTO HEAVEN THAT WILL BE BY THE GRACE OF GOD

One chance: that he repent of his sin and trust in Jesus to save him.
"For he hath made him [to be] sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."
You have it exactly right. I don't think you know HOW right. We cannot enter into heaven with sin, save for the fact that we are covered in Christ's righteousness (for those who truly repent and confess Christ as their savior).
