I have been pulled over twice, and issued a warning one of those times. That night, I then called the police station and the Officer that answered the phone said that she knew that Red White and Blue were illegal. Help out please!

I don't know for sure...but I do know that the reason why red, white, and blue are illegal is because those are police, ambulance, and fire trucks' colors. My boyfriend works in a car shop and it's illegal for him to pass cars that have these colors for an under-glow.

These are the cause of a lot a electrical problems alone with tickets for improper equipment. This was the rage back in the late 80's and early 90's before drivers wised up and got rid of the lights.

i live in illinois too, and i was under the impression that all underglow lights were illegal. Don't know for sure, dont use them myself, but others i know have been pulled over for green ones before.

the two warning tickets should be your clue. The next cop won't be so nice and then you're screwed. I would put an on off switch in the car and only turn them on in a parking lot or when parked.
