Hi, My name is Taylor, I am a 14 year old boy. And I feel kinda self-consious about my weight. It seems every boy in my grade is either fit or at least chubby, So I feel kinda displaced. Anyways I weigh 110 even, And I am around 5'7. So can anyone give me a healthy diet & a good way to work out so I can be at a normal weight. And be healthy because I really don't eat that well.
