If you plan on driving drunk, I hope that summabitch is at the end of your driveway. Stupid rat-bastards like yourself are the reason I do not have my father around anymore. I sure hope no other people have to live with the fact that dumbasses can't call a friend or a cab or find some other means to get home therefore causing them to lose a loved one. If you must drink, do it at home or with a designated driver.

Well, I'm in Texas, so I'm gonna have to say the police checkpoints in Illinois are probably along some roadways... in various places, somewhere in Illinois. Hope that helps.
